Ingredients

2 Tbsp ketchup

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Cornstarch Slurry

2 Tbsp cornstarch

2 Tbsp cold water
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.

Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

Add the frozen meatballs and stir to combine.

Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes, until meatballs are heated through and sauce thickens.

In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch with cold water until smooth.

Slowly stir the slurry into the sauce, continue simmering until sauce reaches desired consistency.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
If you prefer thicker gravy, add more slurry a tablespoon at a time.
Adjust seasoning to taste; more Worcestershire or ketchup for depth.
