Description

Crispy, golden-baked chicken wings coated in a buttery garlic sauce and topped with savory Parmesan cheese—perfect for game day or any snack craving!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings or drumsticks

  • 1½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp dried basil

  • ¼ tsp aluminum-free baking powder

  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Lightly spray the rack with cooking spray.

  • In a bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, basil, and baking powder.

  • Pat the chicken wings dry and toss in the spice mixture to coat evenly.

  • Arrange wings on the wire rack and bake for 25 minutes at 250°F.

  • Increase oven temperature to 450°F (230°C) and bake for an additional 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Let wings rest for 5 minutes.

  • In a saucepan, melt butter and cook minced garlic until bubbling.

  • Brush the garlic butter over the wings, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
