- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and holiday sprinkles.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts such as pecans or walnuts.
