Description

These turkey meatballs are a lean, flavorful alternative to traditional beef meatballs. Paired with marinara sauce and served over your favorite noodles, they make for a delicious, healthy dinner the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cooked noodles

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a pan.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  • Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  • Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked noodles.

Notes

  • You can substitute the breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
  • If you prefer extra flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder to the meatball mixture.
