- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 8 oz cooked noodles
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a pan.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked noodles.
Notes
- You can substitute the breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version.
- If you prefer extra flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder to the meatball mixture.
- For a low-carb version, serve with zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash instead of regular noodles.
