- 2 cups packed light brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Fold in the butterscotch chips.
