These indulgent Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies are a dream come true for peanut butter and chocolate lovers. With a perfect balance of creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and a chewy, soft texture, these cookies are a must-bake for any sweet tooth!


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for extra chocolatey peanut butter flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
  • Let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Be sure not to over-bake the cookies. They’ll continue to firm up as they cool.
  • You can substitute crunchy peanut butter for a different texture, or use mini Reese’s cups for smaller bites.
