  • 1 package phyllo dough

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a food processor, pulse pistachios until finely ground.
  • In a bowl, mix together ground pistachios, ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
