  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • A few dashes of Seasoned Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Cilantro
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Parsley
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 fresh Lime
  • Tartar sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Drain the salmon and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the milk, eggs, panko bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, seasoned salt, cilantro, onion powder, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil for frying.
  • Once the oil is hot, fry the patties in batches, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
