Description

These Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake Cups are a perfect no-bake dessert for any occasion. Creamy, tangy cheesecake is topped with fresh strawberries and crunchy Oreo crumbs, creating a delightful treat that’s easy to make and even easier to devour!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Oreo cookies (divided into crumbs and whole for topping)
  • 2 cups cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for macerating strawberries)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for crust)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust:
Crush 10 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a plastic bag and rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter. Spoon a layer of the mixture into the bottom of serving cups (about 6-8 individual cups), pressing down firmly to form the crust.
  • Make the cheesecake filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Assemble the cups:
Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the Oreo crust in each cup, smoothing the top with a spoon or spatula.
  • Prepare the strawberries:
Dice the fresh strawberries and toss them in sugar. Let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to macerate and release their juices.
  • Top the cups:
Spoon the macerated strawberries onto the cheesecake layer. Optionally, crush the remaining 2 Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the top for extra crunch.
  • Chill and serve:
Refrigerate the cheesecake cups for at least 2 hours to set before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • You can prepare the cheesecake cups the night before for a quicker serving time the next day.
  • If you prefer a smoother crust, you can process the Oreo crumbs and butter in a food processor until it forms a finer texture.
  • For added flavor, you can drizzle some strawberry sauce or chocolate syrup over the top before serving.
