- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm it up.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
