Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steak to desired doneness, then set aside to rest.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until tender.
  5. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  6. Divide the steak among the hoagie rolls.
