Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the loaf of bread into a grid pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the mixture in between the cuts of the bread.
  • Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Be sure not to cut all the way through the loaf when making the grid to ensure the bread stays intact.
  • You can use a sourdough loaf or any other bread that holds up well to stuffing.
