- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the loaf of bread into a grid pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture in between the cuts of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Be sure not to cut all the way through the loaf when making the grid to ensure the bread stays intact.
- You can use a sourdough loaf or any other bread that holds up well to stuffing.
