- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 brioche buns
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles, and any other desired toppings
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make 4 thin fillets.
- Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the chicken fillets from the buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Toast the brioche buns and assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and the fried chicken fillets.

- You can adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to make the burger spicier or milder based on your preference.
