Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the almond flour mixture until fully combined.
- Add blue food coloring and mix until the desired color is achieved.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe snowflake shapes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle silver sprinkles on top of each snowflake.
- Let the macarons sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to form a skin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until macarons are set.
- Allow macarons to cool before serving.
