  • Author: Ellie
  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings (depending on how large you cut the bars) 1x

Description

These S’mores Bars are the ultimate treat for any s’mores lover! With a graham cracker crust, gooey melted chocolate, and toasted mini marshmallows, these bars capture the campfire favorite in a delicious, easy-to-make dessert. Perfect for summer parties, picnics, or a sweet snack any time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
    • In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
    • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
  • Bake the Crust:
    • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until it is lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  • Assemble the Bars:
    • Evenly sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the baked graham cracker crust.
    • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
    • Top with mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly across the surface.
  • Bake the Bars:
    • Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.
  • Cool and Serve:
    • Let the bars cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate and marshmallows to set.
    • Once cooled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a more decadent flavor, you can add a layer of chopped chocolate bars in addition to the chocolate chips.
  • If you prefer your marshmallows to be extra golden and toasted, you can broil the bars for 1-2 minutes at the end of baking (watch carefully to avoid burning!).
  • These bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
