- 1/4 cup sake
- 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, and grated ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
