Description

This Quick & Easy Fudge recipe is a simple and irresistible treat made with just a few ingredients. With a rich and smooth texture, it’s perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings and making a sweet gift for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
  3. Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped nuts (if using).
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
  7. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can swap the semisweet chocolate chips for milk chocolate chips if you prefer a sweeter fudge.
  • To add variety, try mixing in your favorite candies, dried fruit, or even a swirl of peanut butter before refrigerating.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
