- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a saucepan, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped nuts (if using).
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
