  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Sliced bananas for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  • Add in the protein powder, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, honey, and almond milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and top with sliced bananas.
