- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 strips.
- Spread a thin layer of fig jam on each strip.
- Cut the brie into 8 pieces and place one piece on each strip of pastry.
- Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each brie-topped strip.
- Roll up the strips and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
- Brush the rolls with the beaten egg to give them a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
