These Peanut Butter Balls are a delicious combination of sweet, creamy peanut butter and rich, smooth chocolate. Perfect for a quick and easy treat, these bite-sized balls are coated in chocolate and chilled to perfection. They make an excellent holiday snack, gift, or dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dipping chocolate of choice (e.g., milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in size) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the peanut butter balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the dipping chocolate according to the package instructions, either in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Place the dipped peanut butter balls back on the parchment paper and let the chocolate set.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, your Peanut Butter Balls are ready to enjoy!

Notes

  • For a variation, you can roll the balls in chopped nuts, sprinkles, or drizzle extra chocolate on top.
  • These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Use your favorite type of chocolate for dipping—dark chocolate pairs wonderfully with peanut butter!
