  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, toss blueberries with 1 tbsp sugar until coated.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
  • To assemble, layer graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and blueberries in serving glasses.
  • Repeat layers for the desired amount of parfaits.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
