Instructions

Preheat Oven and Prep Pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. -
Sauté Onions and Garlic:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft and translucent. Let cool slightly. -
Mix Meatloaf:
