- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- Whipped cream and additional hot fudge sauce for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, making sure it’s well combined.
- Pour half of the hot fudge sauce into the chocolate cookie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Carefully spread the peanut butter mixture over the hot fudge layer in the crust.
- Drizzle the remaining hot fudge sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve slices topped with whipped cream and extra hot fudge sauce.
