This indulgent Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Pie combines the rich flavors of creamy peanut butter, hot fudge sauce, and a chocolate cookie crust. Topped with whipped cream and chopped peanuts, it’s the ultimate dessert for peanut butter lovers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • Whipped cream and additional hot fudge sauce for topping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until well mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, making sure it’s well combined.
  • Pour half of the hot fudge sauce into the chocolate cookie crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Carefully spread the peanut butter mixture over the hot fudge layer in the crust.
  • Drizzle the remaining hot fudge sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Serve slices topped with whipped cream and extra hot fudge sauce.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, use roasted salted peanuts instead of chopped peanuts.
  • If you want an extra chocolate layer, you can drizzle some melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer before refrigerating.
