This rich and creamy Hot Chocolate Fudge is the perfect treat for cold weather! With semi-sweet chocolate, marshmallows, and cocoa powder, it’s like having a hot chocolate in fudge form.

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir constantly until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Sprinkle marshmallows on top and press lightly into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- You can also add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty flavor contrast.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
