Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth and well combined.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold in the rice cereal, mixing gently until evenly coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press it down evenly using a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set.
- Once the bars are firm, cut them into squares or bars.
Notes
