- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 can pineapple rings
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add pineapple rings, red bell pepper, and red onion to the grill.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with grilled pineapple, bell pepper, and onion.

- You can substitute fresh pineapple for canned pineapple rings if preferred.
