Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Dice the cucumber and feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the red onion into small wedges.
  • Thread the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, and Kalamata olives onto the wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
