Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with minced garlic, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

  • Grill the Chicken: Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  • Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: While the chicken is grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.

  • Coat the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and immediately brush with the garlic Parmesan sauce.

 

  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil, garlic, and seasonings for 30 minutes before grilling.

This dish pairs wonderfully with grilled vegetables, a fresh salad, or a side of mashed potatoes.
