Description

When comfort food meets bold flavor, magic happens—and this Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is exactly that kind of magic. Juicy, chili-honey glazed chicken meets creamy garlic broth and tender ramen noodles for a spicy, savory, and irresistibly rich meal. It’s quick, customizable, and guaranteed to satisfy those fiery flavor cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1.5 tbsp chili sauce (like sriracha or sambal oelek)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Set aside while prepping other ingredients.

  • Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  • Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, lower heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in paprika, broth, and heavy cream. Simmer gently.

  • Cook the Ramen Noodles
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (without seasoning). Drain and set aside.

  • Combine
Add noodles and chicken to the garlic cream sauce. Stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.

  • Serve
Top with green onions, extra chili sauce, and black pepper. Serve hot.

Notes

Use coconut milk instead of cream for a dairy-free option.

Add spinach, mushrooms, or bok choy for extra texture and nutrition.

For extra richness, stir in a pat of butter at the end.

Keep broth and noodles separate for storage to prevent sogginess.

Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce or red pepper flakes.
