These flaky, golden puff pastry pillows are filled with a delicious blend of creamy feta cheese and fresh spinach, seasoned with garlic powder. A perfect appetizer or snack, these savory pillows are easy to make and full of flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  • In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a spoonful of the feta mixture onto each puff pastry square.
  • Fold the pastry over the filling to create a pillow shape and seal the edges with a fork.
  • Place the pillows on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pillows are golden brown.
