This easy Stromboli recipe is the perfect dinner for any night of the week. Packed with layers of mozzarella, ham, salami, and pepperoni, wrapped in pizza dough, and baked to golden perfection. Serve with marinara sauce for a delicious, family-friendly meal everyone will love.

- 1 pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted (divided)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 12 thin slices ham
- 15 slices salami
- 15–17 slices pepperoni
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 12 x 14-inch rectangle.
- Mix 1 tablespoon melted butter with the minced garlic and brush over the dough.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Layer the ham, then another 1/2 cup mozzarella, followed by salami, pepperoni, and the remaining cheese.
- Beat the egg and brush it on the edges of the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly, pinching the seam and tucking the ends under to seal.
- Mix the remaining butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley, then brush this mixture over the stromboli.
- Cut shallow diagonal slits on top of the stromboli.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, slice into 8 pieces, and serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite deli meats or vegetables.
- If you prefer a crispier crust, you can bake the stromboli on a pizza stone.
