Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, sliced into small florets or 1/2” thick steaks
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Cauliflower: Slice the cauliflower into small florets or 1/2″ thick steaks.

Season: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Toss the cauliflower florets or steaks in the seasoned oil mixture until well-coated.

Roast: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.

Serve: Serve immediately as a delicious side dish!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower before roasting.
- If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
