Description

This simple and flavorful oven-roasted cauliflower is the perfect side dish. With a crisp golden exterior and tender interior, it’s drizzled with olive oil, butter, and seasoned just right. A perfect addition to any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, sliced into small florets or 1/2” thick steaks
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground paprika

 

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Prepare Cauliflower: Slice the cauliflower into small florets or 1/2″ thick steaks.

  • Season: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Toss the cauliflower florets or steaks in the seasoned oil mixture until well-coated.

  • Roast: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.

 

  • Serve: Serve immediately as a delicious side dish!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower before roasting.

 

  • If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix.
