Ingredients

- 1 (14 oz) bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Add the diced onion, garlic, and grated ginger to the pan with the meat. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent and the garlic is fragrant. -
Stir in the Coleslaw Mix:
