These indulgent bars feature a sweet and tart raspberry jam filling, topped with gooey dark chocolate chips and a crumbly oat crust. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth, these bars are easy to make and deliciously irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
  • Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips over the jam layer.
  • Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the crumble mixture.
