- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips over the jam layer.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra layer of flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the crumble mixture.
- You can substitute the raspberry jam with strawberry or blueberry jam if preferred.
