Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized fries (about ¼ inch thick).
- Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss the fries to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the potatoes. Toss again to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crispy fries, you can increase the cooking time by 2-3 minutes, checking every couple of minutes to prevent burning.
- If your air fryer basket is small, you may need to cook the fries in batches for best results.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste, adding more garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor.
