- 4 oz Taleggio cheese, rind removed and cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Pour in broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Taleggio cheese and stir until melted and sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
