- 1 cup Beef broth (or chicken broth)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- Sauté vegetables: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
- Prepare the sauce: Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the corn and pasta: Stir in the sweet corn and cooked pasta, mixing until well combined. Let everything cook together for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired and serve warm.
