  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, honey, pistachios, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Add in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
