  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • In a separate pot, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef Alfredo sauce.
