Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta and steak slices back to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve creamy Cajun steak Alfredo pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, you can adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • You can substitute the sirloin steak with another cut of beef like ribeye or flank steak for different textures.
