Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta
- Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Cajun seasoning
- Butter
- Red bell pepper
- Green bell pepper
- Heavy cream
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and cook until slightly softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve shrimp mixture over cooked fettuccine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.

- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less Cajun seasoning to suit your taste.
- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half or milk instead of heavy cream.
