Instructions

Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
