- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and press a sliced almond on top of each.
- Place the chews on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- These chews can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle cinnamon or a touch of almond extract in the dough.
