  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Mix well until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into small balls and press a sliced almond on top of each.
  • Place the chews on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
