These Crack Breakfast Sliders are the ultimate breakfast treat! Sweet Hawaiian rolls stuffed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and topped with savory ranch butter. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner—one bite and you’ll be hooked!

- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and scramble. Set aside.
- Cook bacon slices in the skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Cut bacon slices into 4 pieces each. Set aside.
- Without separating the rolls, cut the entire loaf horizontally and place the bottoms in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on the bottom of the rolls. Layer scrambled eggs, bacon slices, and top with the remaining cheese. Place the top buns on top.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush ranch butter over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the rolls are warm.
