- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Add the gelatin mixture and cold brew coffee to the cream mixture, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until set.
- To serve, dip the bottoms of the ramekins in warm water for a few seconds, then invert onto a plate.
