Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  • In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  • Add the gelatin mixture and cold brew coffee to the cream mixture, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until set.
  • To serve, dip the bottoms of the ramekins in warm water for a few seconds, then invert onto a plate.
