These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are the perfect sweet treat with a healthy twist! Creamy Greek yogurt, juicy strawberries, and rich chocolate combine to create a delightful, bite-sized snack. They’re easy to make and a great way to satisfy your sweet cravings without the guilt!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
-
Prepare the Strawberry Yogurt Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. -
Form the Clusters:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, scoop small spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture and place them on the parchment paper, making small clusters. Leave a little space between each cluster. -
Freeze the Clusters:
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the yogurt clusters are firm and set. -
Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. -
Dip the Yogurt Clusters:
Once the yogurt clusters are set, dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating the bottom of each cluster. You can also drizzle the chocolate over the top for a decorative look. -
Chill Again:
Return the clusters to the freezer for another 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. -
Serve and Enjoy:
Once the chocolate has set, remove the clusters from the freezer and enjoy immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
