- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk
- 4 egg yolks

- 4 egg whites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a soufflé dish or ramekins.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir in milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and becomes bubbly.
- Reduce heat and continue cooking and stirring for 2 more minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat egg yolks.
- Gradually stir in about 1 cup of the hot mixture into the egg yolks to temper them.
- Return the egg yolk mixture to the saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Cook and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture, being careful not to deflate them.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared soufflé dish or ramekins.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the soufflé is puffed up and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
