Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool on a wire rack.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
