  • Eggs
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the remaining 2 eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  • Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want a firmer cake, bake it a little longer. If you prefer a gooey texture, stick to the 40-minute mark.
  • You can substitute the cream cheese with a non-dairy alternative for a dairy-free version.
  • Make sure to allow the cake to cool completely before cutting to achieve the best texture.
