Ingredients
- Unsalted butter (softened)
- Granulated sugar
- Light brown sugar (packed)
- Vanilla extract
- All-purpose flour
- Salt
- Mini chocolate chips
- Milk chocolate chips
- Sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in both mini and milk chocolate chips.
- Press half of the cookie dough mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cookie dough layer.
- Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the condensed milk layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the bars are set.
