  • Vanilla extract
  • All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Milk chocolate chips
  • Sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add flour and salt, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in both mini and milk chocolate chips.
  • Press half of the cookie dough mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cookie dough layer.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the bars are set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute the milk chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • For an extra touch, drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with sea salt before refrigerating.
  • Make sure to refrigerate the bars long enough for them to set, or they might be too soft to cut.
